What began as a simple LinkedIn connection request has developed into a purpose-driven partnership between Chekwube Uchea, Founder and CEO of Cludive Ltd, and Dr. Victor Adekunle, Founder of the London Centre for Analytics Ltd.
The partnership brings together two organisations with complementary strengths and a shared commitment to helping individuals and businesses access the knowledge, visibility, practical experience and opportunities they need to grow.
For Chekwube and Dr. Victor, neither expected that accepting a LinkedIn connection would lead to a collaboration capable of influencing the direction of both companies. There was no partnership proposal at the beginning, only a conversation.
How a LinkedIn Connection Started the Partnership
Dr. Victor first discovered Chekwube’s work and personal journey through LinkedIn. He was particularly inspired by her experience of building a career across different countries, relocating to the United Kingdom and becoming a recipient of the UK Global Talent Visa.
Beyond her achievements, he recognised Chekwube’s understanding of strategic positioning, visibility and authentic storytelling.
“I came across Chekwube’s story on LinkedIn and was inspired by everything she had built,” Dr. Victor shared.
“Her journey, particularly becoming a UK Global Talent Visa recipient, stood out to me. Beyond that, I could see someone who understood visibility, positioning and how to build trust through authentic storytelling.”
That interest led him to send Chekwube a connection request.
When she accepted, her response was warm and genuine. The initial conversation eventually led Dr. Victor to book a consultation with her.
At the time, he knew LCFA was creating valuable educational and professional opportunities. However, many of the people who needed those opportunities did not know the organisation existed.
“I knew there were people looking for the kind of opportunities and solutions we provide at LCFA, but many simply didn’t know we existed,” he explained.
“The more I thought about it, the more I realised that every day we remained invisible was another day someone could miss an opportunity that might genuinely change their life.”
From a Consultation to a Bigger Vision
What started as a consultation about LCFA’s visibility gradually became a series of deeper conversations.
Chekwube and Dr. Victor began discussing careers, businesses, leadership, technology, the future of work and the importance of creating meaningful opportunities.
With every conversation, one thing became clearer: although they had built different organisations, they were addressing different aspects of the same challenge.
“For me, what started as a consultation gradually became something much bigger,” Chekwube said.
“I realised we were no longer just talking about LCFA. We kept finding ourselves talking about people, businesses, leadership and creating opportunities.”
She added that this was the moment she recognised the relationship had the potential to become more than a client engagement.
“It felt like the beginning of something we could build together.”

About Chekwube Uchea
Chekwube Uchea is a Career Coach, Personal Brand Strategist and Authentic Storyteller who helps Black immigrant professionals transition into technology, build global careers and develop authentic personal brands.
After relocating to the United Kingdom in 2021, Chekwube had to rebuild her career from the ground up. She navigated an unfamiliar job market, overcame self-doubt and learned how to become visible in spaces where Black immigrants can often feel overlooked.
Through resilience, personal branding and authentic storytelling, she transformed those challenges into opportunities for growth. Today, she uses her lived experience and professional expertise to help others communicate their value, position themselves confidently and create meaningful career opportunities.
Dr. Victor Adekunle and the London Centre for Analytics
Dr. Victor Adekunle built an academic career and earned three degrees, including a PhD, before transitioning into the technology industry. He founded the London Centre for Analytics because of his belief that education should prepare people for real-world opportunities, not only academic qualifications.
LCFA helps individuals and organisations develop practical capabilities in digital technology, data and artificial intelligence.
Dr. Victor also created VividX, an initiative that gives learners opportunities to work on live projects, solve real business problems and build confidence by applying what they have learned.
His work reflects the belief that people need both knowledge and practical experience to compete in a rapidly changing professional environment.

Why Cludive and LCFA Decided to Work Together
As Chekwube and Dr. Victor continued their discussions, they recognised that Cludive and LCFA were not competitors. The two organisations offered complementary solutions.
LCFA focuses on practical learning, digital skills, data, artificial intelligence and real-world experience. Cludive brings expertise in career development, business growth, talent solutions, visibility and strategic positioning.
Together, the organisations can support people at different stages of their professional and entrepreneurial journeys.
“I think I realised it very early,” Dr. Victor said.
“From our very first conversation, it was obvious we shared similar values. What stood out was a genuine desire to help people, a commitment to integrity and a passion for creating solutions that make a real difference.”
After discussing the situation with his team, Dr. Victor recognised that LCFA’s challenge was not the quality of its work. The organisation needed to ensure that the right people understood the value and opportunities it provided.
“As we continued talking, it also became clear that LCFA and Cludive weren’t competing. We offered complementary solutions,” he explained.
“I could see how genuinely invested Chekwube was in helping us achieve the vision we had for LCFA. At that point, pursuing a partnership felt like the natural next step.”
Creating Opportunities Through Careers, Business and Leadership
The partnership between Cludive and the London Centre for Analytics will explore issues connected to career development, business growth, leadership, technology and the future of work.
Over the coming weeks, Chekwube and Dr. Victor will share conversations with individuals whose stories reflect different parts of these areas.
Some guests will discuss learning and professional development. Others will share insights about leadership, entrepreneurship, business growth and the experiences that shaped their work.
The conversations will also examine what people need beyond qualifications and technical skills to build careers and businesses that last.
For Chekwube and Dr. Victor, the goal is to encourage more people to think differently about growth, leadership and opportunity. Their partnership demonstrates what can happen when professionals remain open to genuine conversations, shared values and collaboration.
Neither Chekwube nor Dr. Victor accepted that first LinkedIn connection request expecting it to lead to a strategic partnership. Today, they are building something that combines learning, practical experience, visibility, positioning and access to opportunity. And it all began with one connection request.
