Welcome to Women of Rubies, a Canadian-based women's media, communications, and leadership platform dedicated to amplifying the voices, achievements, and leadership journeys of women across Canada and around the world.

Since our launch in 2015, we have spotlighted the stories of more than 3,000 women leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals, advocates, and changemakers, celebrating their impact while creating opportunities for others to learn, connect, and grow.

Today, Women of Rubies has evolved beyond storytelling. Through strategic communications, public relations, leadership development, media visibility initiatives, and community-building, we help women communicate their value, increase their visibility, and build lasting influence.

Media Visibility Bootcamp

Our flagship Media Visibility Bootcamp has empowered more than 1000 women through five successful cohorts, helping entrepreneurs, professionals, nonprofit leaders, and founders build confidence, strengthen their media presence, and position themselves for greater opportunities.

Participants gain practical strategies on storytelling, media engagement, public relations, speaking opportunities, and personal branding while becoming part of a growing community committed to intentional visibility.
