Seattle Seahawks Super Bowl-winning quarterback, Russell Wilson, and his wife, Grammy winning singer and songwriter Ciara, have joined the ownership team of the Major League Soccer’s Seattle Sounders FC.

This week, the Seattle Sounders announced that they were welcoming 11 new families to its ownership team. The organization has been around since 1974, but the Sounders FC made their debut in 2009, mounting a victory streak including winning the 2016 MLS cup, four Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup championships, qualifying for the MLS Cup Playoffs every year since its inception and leading the league in attendance for 8 consecutive seasons.

Wilson, a six-time Pro Bowler, made the announcement via Twitter. “Football. Fútbol. We Love them both!” he tweeted Tuesday morning, along with a photo of himself, Ciara and their children in Sounders gear. “We can’t wait for our kids to grow up loving Soccer!” Wilson has been extremely active in the Seattle community since joining the Seahawks back in 2012.

Each week, Jada Pinkett Smith and her family sit around the Red Table to talk about some of the most riveting topics around. There have been so many memorable episodes of the show with Ayesha Curry, Jordyn Woods and others making headlines through their appearances.

Ciara’s most recent album is called Beauty Marks. The body of work tells a tale of how Ciara has turned her ugliest moments into the most beautiful life she could have. She knows that everything that happened to her over the years has led her to find the love of her life, Russell Wilson. CiCi’s son, FutureZahir, is a major part of her sit-down with Jada, Willow and Adrienne. The singer was engaged to Future when they welcomed in Baby Future but something about the relationship was so toxic that she needed to call things off. Ciara knew that she needed her life to calm down and when she first started hanging out with Russell Wilson, she says it was “just different.”

Ciara is striving right now and nothing could have happened without all the emotional scars she lived through along the way. She’s wearing so many hats and as a mother of two children now, she still finds time to be there for her kids. Watch the full episode below.

32-year-old singer, Ciara, is the Cover Girl of the November issue of Cosmopolitan. She talks about life after welcoming her daughter, including how she got her famous abs back! She also opens up about her biggest inspiration to do music, how she manages trolls, and her ambition.

On Fitness routine after welcoming daughter, Sienna in 2017

It was kind of like, wake up in the morning, breastfeed, eat a small meal, go train, come back in, breastfeed, eat another meal, go train, then come back, have another meal, and then a third training session at night. It was a good challenge, one I set for myself, not for anyone else. Taking care of myself makes me feel really good. And I want to keep it sexy too, you know.

On Destiny’s Child being her Biggest Inspiration to do Music

They were killing it, and I just went, ‘This is what I want to do. I’m gonna be an entertainer…’ The first goal I wrote down was to get discovered. The second was to sell 3 to 4 million records. Third, have longevity.”

On how she deals with trolls

When someone comes for you and you didn’t send for them, you keep your eye on the prize. I know what my mission is. I know what I’m hoping for and working hard for every day. And that’s my focus. I’m not going to let people steal my joy. I move on. New day, new opportunity, new energy, let’s go.”

On her ambition

I never thought, I can’t be because of the color of my skin, I can’t be because of my gender. No dream is too big. I want to be a billionaire. The more resources, the more you can do. But I think my greatest accomplishment 10 years from now is that I would have a successful life as it pertains to my marriage and being a mom. It’s cool to want to do all these creative things, but it’s no good to gain the world if you lose your soul

Ciara has released new maternity photos for an interview in Harper’s Bazaar and they are HOT! Harper’s Bazaar magazine describes Ciara as “more powerful than ever”.

The soon-to-be mum talks about her growth in the music industry, growing up tough, her pregnancy, the importance of women supporting other women.

See excerpts below.

On Russell Wilson supporting her: If someone’s not supporting you and your vision and your dreams —whether it’s your relationship partner, your friend, whomever, then you’ve got to make sure to keep it moving. If people aren’t lifting you up, even if you’re the strongest person in the world, eventually it does chip away at you. You don’t even realize that you’re losing yourself. And that’s the scariest place to be in life… I don’t want to lose myself. I love myself too much. I love life too much.

On growing up tough: Before, tough was kind of like, if something happened that was wrong, I’d just keep moving. It was a bit of a challenge, you would build friendships, and then you’d have to say goodbye. I do think part of that made me kind of tough. Emotionally tough. The truth of it is, it helped me with being able to accept cutting things off… Which I think is a good thing; maybe it could be a bad thing, because it can make you cold in that way.

On baby Future’s reaction to her pregnancy: He’ll randomly pull my shirt up and be like, ‘I want to see the baby.’ ‘Hello, baby. How you doing, baby? I love you, baby. Okay, talk to you later, baby. Bye, bye.’ Then he’ll kiss me on my belly and put my shirt back down.

On women supporting other women: There’s this unspoken word: love. When you meet successful powerful women, you show each other love, because it is a tough environment.

On being all about family right now: I’m just super excited about this time in my life. Like, Oh my gosh, I can see my son running around, and soon it’s going to be two of these creatures running around! Our hands will be full of non-stop action.
