After graduating in 2015 with a degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology, Lockwood transitioned into sports performance coaching. In 2019, Lockwood took a major step forward by joining the NFL through the Bill Walsh Diversity Coaching Fellowship with the Atlanta Falcons.
