Victoria’s foray into the entertainment world began with her involvement in the Tinapa International Trade Expo, an experience that set the stage for her expansive career. However, it was her role as a bilingual presenter at the KORA All Africa Music Awards that truly cemented her place in the industry. This prestigious opportunity not only showcased her bilingual skills but also opened doors for her to become the Personal Assistant to the President of KORA and later, the Line Producer for the awards show. These roles allowed her to hone her skills in event production and gave her invaluable insight into the entertainment landscape.

Victoria is the founder of The Bridge Africa, a brand that helps creatives across Africa expand their reach and take their brands beyond borders. Her dedication to the entertainment and creative industries goes beyond mere business; she is deeply passionate about human capacity development and youth empowerment. This passion has driven her to launch several life-changing initiatives, including:

  • Qtaby Talent Reality Show: A project designed to train and empower youth in the creative industry, helping them hone their craft and turn their talents into sustainable careers.
  • Slum Invasion: For five years, Victoria led this initiative focused on children and youth living in slums, providing scholarships and skill acquisition programs to help them escape poverty.
  • Share Your Closet: A project aimed at widows, running for two years, where she helped widows gain financial independence by providing business skills and startup capital.
