Founder- Women of Rubies & Convener

Esther Ijewere is the visionary founder of Women of Rubies, a prominent platform empowering and celebrating women’s achievements. Renowned as a skilled PR and Media strategist, Esther is a multi-award winner and a trailblazer committed to amplifying impactful voices. She serves as the convener of the quarterly Media Visibility Bootcamp, providing valuable insights for effective media engagement. Additionally, Esther orchestrates the Women of Rubies Sip and Network Event in Toronto, fostering connections and empowerment within the community. With a passion for uplifting others, Esther Ijewere continues to shape narratives and inspire through her multifaceted initiatives.

Pamela Anoliefo

Scrum Master and Career Coach

Pamela Anoliefo immigrated to Canada five years ago, bringing over fifteen years of experience as a Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, and Project Manager. She has expertise in Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile, and Scaled Agile methodologies and has successfully executed projects in Fintech, Retail, and Financial Services. Pamela is the founder and lead trainer at Redluxe Consulting, a training company specializing in Scrum Master training, aimed at equipping participants with the skills needed to excel in Agile roles.

Modupe Ehinlaiye

Legal Professional, Talk Show Host and Convener, BOND Awards

Modupe is a dual-qualified legal professional with a background in banking and entrepreneurship. Originally from Nigeria, she moved to Canada in 2006 and ran an educational franchise before becoming a family law lawyer, advocating for women experiencing separation and divorce. She also served as an Administrative Judge with the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada. In 2023, Modupe launched the “Talk with Mo” show, using storytelling to inspire global audiences. She founded “Women of Destiny,” a support group for widows and their children in Ontario, and the Bond Awards to recognize the achievements of Nigerians in the Canadian diaspora. Modupe holds a law degree, an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, and certifications including Certified Business Analysis Professional and family mediation. She serves on the boards of various nonprofit organizations, including Effect Hope, a Canadian Christian global health organization focused on Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs).

Tanya Kelen is founder and CEO of Kelencontent, a media and education company which produces and distributes Film, TV and digital projects. The company’s Creative Management Group represents emerging and established BIPOC writers, directors and producers. Kelencontent’s venture studio runs incubator programs to launch new projects nationally and globally. Ms. Kelen is a heart-centered servant leader who has worked with diverse communities in allyship for over 20+ years. Most recently she developed a Film and TV masterclass training program between Canada and Nigeria and invited Women of Rubies to participate. The company’s projects merge creative innovation with social impact through transformational storytelling with a commitment to nurturing diverse voices. The company’s mission is to enhance job creation and wellbeing programs for all with groundbreaking content.
